Spencer House

Spencer House is an incredible 18th century private residence turned central London palatial venue.

When working with Bamboo, the objectives were clear and simple; increased profitability, long term growth, and remaining competitive in their market.

Nina-Fee Konrad

Nina-Fee Konrad is a personal life coach and private retreat owner based in Ibiza.  The core summer business sees visitors from across the globe arriving for weeklong residential detox and transformation, incorporating a programme of massage, yoga and guidance.

 

Along comes COVID-19 and this part of the business is no longer viable in 2020.  Nina needed to find new ways to grow her life coaching service virtually, and fast!  This is where Bamboo stepped in!

Titchwell Manor Hotel

Titchwell Manor is a coastal boutique hotel located in North Norfolk.  Having kept a steady pace of business and consistent results, the owners appointed Bamboo to help grow revenue at the hotel.  They were keen to adapt and approach new markets via different channels and build a greater methodology to their marketing strategy.

 

Initially, Bamboo provided Titchwell Manor with a Smarketing360 report, which provided a full audit and a plan of action. Titchwell partnered with Bamboo on an ongoing basis to drive the implementation of this plan, provide training to key members of the team, manage external agencies, whilst also providing new ideas and opportunities for promotion.

 

In the several months of opening between lockdowns in 2020, this very much helped to maximise opportunities in such a troubled year, and produced record results for the business.
