Titchwell Manor is a coastal boutique hotel located in North Norfolk. Having kept a steady pace of business and consistent results, the owners appointed Bamboo to help grow revenue at the hotel. They were keen to adapt and approach new markets via different channels and build a greater methodology to their marketing strategy.

Initially, Bamboo provided Titchwell Manor with a Smarketing360 report, which provided a full audit and a plan of action. Titchwell partnered with Bamboo on an ongoing basis to drive the implementation of this plan, provide training to key members of the team, manage external agencies, whilst also providing new ideas and opportunities for promotion.

In the several months of opening between lockdowns in 2020, this very much helped to maximise opportunities in such a troubled year, and produced record results for the business.

“Emma has helped us to make smarter decisions on how we spend our marketing budget, and also how we can use the tools available to us to understand where our business is coming from. We wanted to improve our average room rates and occupancy to grow revenue and in following Emma’s analysis and suggestions it has really enhanced our confidence in our product and market.

A key focus for us was also in the development of the hotel in the weddings market. Emma has helped us with our strategy in approaching this market and we have subsequently seen a consistent increase in the volume of enquiries, and have had success in the micro-weddings market, securing several short-lead weddings.

I feel more confident in the business and it’s growth opportunities as a result of working with Emma and having her guidance throughout such a challenging period has been a huge support, Emma works with us like a key member of the team and shows a commitment and enthusiasm for our business.

I would recommend Emma to anyone looking to grow their business, she offers knowledge and expertise in a supportive and understanding way.”
