Project Scope and Solutions

Bamboo completed a Smarketing 360 report and recommendations before leading several strategy sessions with the team to form the short to long term plan, encompassing all areas of commercial sales, marketing and revenue management.

Throughout this process all touch points along the customer journey were refined and improved to enhance sales and repeat bookings.  This included:

  • Organisation of databases and implementation of a new direct mail strategy
  • Appointing a new social media agency to manage all content on social channels
  • Working alongside a design agency through the re-brand and roll-out
  • Leading the development of a new website – user journey, content and design, SEO and PPC
